Voortman’s Xtensive Hole Performance maximizes holes and inner contours using high-definition laser cutting. The result is similar to a laser. Voortman modified Hypertherm(r), True Hole,(tm), to meet this standard. Xtensive holes performance can be used on small-to medium-sized slot holes, and square inner contours.

Voortman's V808 robot thermal cutter is now equipped with the more flexible and faster Panasonic TL-1800G3 coping machine. The robot's torch nozzle has a measuring sensor that measures the exact dimensions of the profile. To ensure the best product, the machine parameters compensate any difference between theoretical and actual dimensions. The coping robot is limited to measuring the sides of a profile. This speeds up the process.

The Voortman V807, a 7-axis robotic thermal profile cutting system, can perform every step of the coping process in one pass, with the ability to reach all four sides of the material with exceptional speed and accuracy. This CNC coping machine is capable of processing wide flange and standard beams, including H-pile beams, square and rectangular tubes, angles, steel channels, and flats.

Voortman’s V808 doesn’t need to be cut cleanly with each new nesting product. Not only does this reduce scrap, but it also saves time as the last product cut is also the first product cut. The V808 has the ability to import DSTV+ file or use VACAM’s beam nesting module to create continuous Nestings. To cut costs and maximize product, you can also get the maximum amount of product from each stock.
